I to found myself with the curse of mbs. However I have been free of the annoying pop ups for several days now - thanks to Max Secure Sptware Detector v2.0. (www.spywaredetector.net/faq.htm) Yes they did the usual free scan which indeed picked up mbs. They then offered me the solution which gave me 12 months cover for £18.51 - but it worked. Had to scan twice - but it seems to have done the trick. So instead of being held to ransom for approx £40.00, for £20.00 I seem to have got rid of the virus (for that is what it was) and got myself 12 months cover against all sorts of nasties which my current protector couldn't guard me against. £20.00 well spent.
