Worcester Bosch Oil Heatslave 20/25?

The boiler fires up OK, but there is no power getting to the water pump, so the thermostat cuts out after a couple of minutes. I have checked the pump on a seperate supply and it runs fine.
The system has been installed for five years.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

The wiring fault is unlikely to recur. However, if in future you bleed the system after getting an airlock, the pump may fail to run, and overheat and squeal with air, then cut out. At the rear right, their is a screwdriver friendly valve, which replaces the water that bleeding removes. Just take the top cover off.

where can i get a programmer for my worcester heatslave 20/25 boiler

Penny, May 2010
How is it wired, is in a wiring centre, programmer or directly into the boiler controls. Is it S or Y plan? Check for a loose wire and 240v as and when it should be.

It will be a simple thing just have to find it.

Thank you very much for the reply. It was what you said, and all is now working fine once more
Merry Christmas

check the three port valve to make sure its opening. It makes a limit switch at the end of its travel which brings the pump on?
