how to fix my anniversary cuckoo clock 70 yrs. old?

My cuckoo clock bird comes out at the quarter hour, but the bird that comes out at the hour needs some prompting by lifting a rod up at the back of the clock (inside the clock, obviously)

Very fine and rare clock; find a reputable clock repairman that has many years in repairing cuckoo clocks and have him overhaul it. It is dirty, gummy and the bushings are worn out. You would be to if you where this old.
