My P1253 has stopped spinning. Any recommendations for a good repairer?

Is this a common fault? Does anyone have recommendations in Berkshire for a good repairer? My Samsung P1253 6.0kg is only one year old.

Have the same machine, and ours is just over 12 mths old and has a similar problem, when it gets to 9 mins on the spin it just keeps going around at a slow speed and then takes ages to count down to the end, but doesn't actually spin properly.
