How can I fix my Samsung RS21DCNS?
Both freezer and fridge stopped working, no power failure, which resulted in all food in freezer defrosting and wasted. Switched appliance off for a short time and it appears to be working again. What was the cause of this and how likely is it to happen again? Frightened to stock freezer again!
