my machine is canon ir 2116j, my ink toner was finished so i filled up the toner, and took out the waste ink from drum unit........ and then when i fitted both drum unit and toner i got system error 007

I have system error E007 so how can I clear that error

error codad E007 First make sure fuser plastic not damage? Or not move the proper place? if damage fuser plastic Replace by new one if the fuser plastic move keep proper place.

If its new take it back. When you say error 7 do you meen E007. This is a fixing fault and will need a trained technician. Oh and could be expensive!!
