My Hotpoint TC71 is very noisy?

We have a fairly old TC71 which is now very noisy - we have to shut doors now! has anyone else experienced this - does it need lubricating, bearing going etc etc

bearings need replacing almost definately- theres nothing much else to them eventually the drum will drop and get stuck and could cause lots of damage and a fire risk
