I plugged in an external heater to my cigarette lighter outlet. After a few minutes of the heater running it stopped and I now get no power from my cig lighter outlet. I've checked all the fuses and they all seem to be fine. I'm hoping there is something that I'm missing. I have a 1990 Toyota Corolla.

It sounds like you have blown the fuse. You will need to look in the fuse box (usually located in an enclosed box under or around the steering wheel) find the lighter fuse and replace it with the same watt fuse. If you cant find it, Pull them out and find a blown one, just make sure you put them back in.
