beko, fan/drum obstruction-condenser dryer?

I forgot to replace the internal filter, it made a loud vibrating noise, which suggests an item of clothing has gone into the fan/motor or between the drum skins, but i cannot see how to get to either. It does switch on but no drum movement unless turned manually.
Unforunately, it is only 1 month old and comes from a catalogue but did not take out insurance. can anyone help please ???????????

If you remove the condenser from its housing, you can see the fan apperture off to the left hand side. You should be able to see what's inside it.

In my case, it was two socks which I gently pulled through the fan blades one at a time with a pair of needle nosed pliers. Not very technical, but the only way I could get at them!

It's unlikely that anything over a pair of drawers or socks gets sucked in due to the size of the filter outlet ;-)

Hope this is of use - but i've just noticed you asked the question three years ago. Sorry.
