Hotpoint Ultima TCM65 No heat, Stats and element OK!!?

My Hotpoint Ultima TCM65 is blowing cold air, I have checked the stats and Both buzz out ok with a multimeter, I have chacked the element and that all checks OK with the multimeter, There is no fluff blockages. I have tried running it with the back off to see if the heater gets warm and it stays cold, I can touch it!!Measureing the voltage over the heating element i am getting 14VAC, I would have expected more. Does any one have a clue?

yes i was a hotpoint engineer -these driers are top of the range and are the worse ones because they contain a white box inside which contains a circuit board (called a module) it needs an engineer to do a diagnostic with hotpoints software and if it is a faulty module it will need a new module and reprogramming NOTE ALL HOTPOINT APPLIANCES HAVE A 5 YEAR PARTS GUARANTEE so it is worth calling them out as it should cost around £89.99 regardless of parts Good luck with the drier as they are terrible and should be avoided as the more sophisticated the likely it is to go wrong- In Hotpoints own words KEEP IT SIMPLE !!!
