in regard: blank sheet from sharp 7800?

My Sharp SF-7800 copier makes only blank sheets . Do you know how i can point the problem by codes? How can i get to the codes, please? Any advice for fixing it? Thanks for any reply.

Most likely a broken main charger or transfer unit wire. Have you had a jam in the middle of the machine? There may be some very fine wire in the middle of the lower part of the copier, just to the right of the black rubber paper transport belts
