The battery on my renault espace keeps going flat, i've had the battery and the alternator checked and they are both fine.
It doesn't happen all the time, about once a week, but after a jump start, it's fine again, then one day i'll park up and within about 2 hours the battery is dead, not even the clock works, something is obviously draining it, any idea's as to how to find the fault would be great, cheers, Tom

hi there one easy test to do is when the car is turned off key out,, pull out the fuses one by one but replacing them as you go, the one that sparks when you pull it is the wireing system thea is draining the power ie if the wipers fuse is sparking then the fault is with the wipers, hope this helps

hi tom i got the same problem exactly
ive been told it is the altenator to do with voltage regulater .
im gonna try changing it see what happens ill let u know
