IT REV`S OK ON THE STAND, PULLS ON THE FLAT BUT ANY TYPE OF HILL AND IT`S HAD IT, IT JUST WILL NOT PULL YOU,I HAVE REPLACED THE REED VALVE, NEW PISTON AND RINGS, SORRY ONE OTHER THING THE ONLY WAY IT WILL RUN IS WITH THE AIR FILTER RAMMED DOWN THE NECK OF THE FILTER BOX,IF THE FILTER IS PUT IN THE FILTER BOX PROPERLY IT BOGS OUT WHEN YOU TRY TO REV IT,ITS ONLY DONE JUST OVER 2000 MILES 2005 MODEL, ANY HELP WOULD BE HELPFULL, JAMES

James, it sounds as if you have a carburettor fault, if I read your question correctly. By putting the air filter down the tube of the filter box you are richening the mixture by effectively reducing the air supply - choking it, in fact. You'll need to strip the carb. down and clean it out because I think you have a partially blocked jet in there somewhere. Also make sure the carb top is tight and the needle is set in its middle groove position. Also make sure the coil connections are on the right way round, if they've been adrift.
