how can i fix my ford mondeo?

my ford mondeo 1995 just wont start it doesn't even make a whirring noise there is nothing there

If there are no ignition lights showing on the dashboard then your battery is completely flat - it sounds like this is the case if absolutely nothing happens. If there are coloured lights showing but the engine doesn't crank then either its a starter motor solenoid fault or the immobiliser is switching things off.
