I have a melcom ST4500 i cannot reset zone 3?

Zone 3 will not reset even after following the instructions. Until it resets i cannot arm the alarm.

Hi Maureen, i am no familiar with this panel but it sounds like zone 3 is an open circuit try omitting it when setting or perhaps the detector on zone 3 is faulty?
