Zanussi FL 828 Trips MCB and fuses blow, is it the Heater?

Zanussi FL 828/A washing machine during use on hot wash trips the 30A MCB and blows both 13A fuses and is OK on a cooler wash. I think it is the heater blown. The RCD does not trip and all is normal on a cool wash. Where is the heater, I can't see it?
