how can i fix my baxie boiler?

i could do wih some help my rads won't heat and no water in up stairs rads (4) .
gas is switching on but goes of saying its over heating no heat is gettin to any rads
tryed to bleed them but it made no diffrence
what can i do ?????

assuming its a combi
first check the system pressure on the gauge (1-1.5bar)
if not top up with filling loop then blead rads
