there is an adjustment screw located under the bottom tray. Open the bottom flap to see it. Give it a 1/4 turn anti clockwise and try that. If still doesn't work, try another 1/4 turn. If after a full turn it still doesn't go down, try the opposite adjustment and go clockwise.
