I have a bra wire stuck between the inner and outer drum and I need to take the door boot off. It has not got the usual removable band round the outside of the boot. I need help as my wife seems to be sagging a bit.......Paul

bra wires tend to get caught under the heating element. the easiest way to remove the bra wire is to take the back off the machine then remove the heating element. the bra wire may come out with the element but if it doesnt it can usually be easily retrieved using a straightened wire coat hanger through the hole left by the element. good luck
