water not transferring into the reservour at the top of the

other then that the water is collecting in the bottom of the machine,could i have a answer to this thankyou

Mine did exactly this. I cleaned out the big 'thing' beind the door on the bottom left hand side & it fixed it. Pull the filter out, unscrew & pull plastic bit off metal part & get all the fluff out... pain in the bum but worth it!
