hi there, to change just the barrel, the part which the key moves, all you do is insert the key, turn it one notch, then on top of the ign switch you will see a hole, push it in with a screwdriver, and the whole barrel with key will come out. If you want to change the whole ignition switch, there are 2 bolts holding it on to the column, and you can slacken these with a small punch to remove it complete

Very easy job to change the ignition barrel on the van, but once done you wont be able to start the van anymore because of the immobiliser. Best thing you can do is get a Ford dealer to do this job for you.
