My Hotpoint Aquarius TDC 32 P condenser is not letting any heat out?

There was a similar question answered earlier this month about the Hotpoint Aquarius TDC 30 P condenser. Can you tell me if the problem could be the thermal fuse on the TDC 32P? I have unscrewed all the panels off the appliance but I can't see a heater element pack or a fuse.

When you take the back off there are 2 thermostats at the top, small round button like things which the wires connect to, one should have a green dot. These have failed. You can blow them easily just by opening the door whilst hot or before it has finished. You can get them online or locally for about £15. Make sure you remember which way round they go. Take a photo first is a good idea.

hi, this coming straight from a qualified hotpoint engineer,

1. UNPLUG APPLIANCE
2. remove 2 screws over bearing housing, use this to keep all screws in.
3. then remove 4 screws from back support located below prerviously removed housing cover
4. remove all remainging screws from heater cover (aprox 10 screws)
5. Check continuity of 2 thermostats located on top of heater,
i guarantee that the one on the left with the green spot on has gone. Use part number 1701583 qty1 Thermostat Kit
6. Replace all covers and plug back in
7.BINGO fixed............pat yourself on the back you saved yourself some money
