Why has the water suddenly stopped coming out of the shower?

Our Triton power shower is still making a noise as if the pump is working. No water is flowing, despite the pipe being directly connected to the boiler. The shower was working fine, then the next time it was switched on no water came out. How can we fix this problem?

your pump is broken it will still make a noise if switched on.
this is a job for the experts as electricity is involved .dont take the risk water and electricity dont mix

aassume youve checked for pipe blockage already
