tecnik dishwasher water pump stuck?

the pump on my tecnic dishwasher is constantly running,and will not do anything else,can anyone help.

Have you two guys had any luck with your Tecnik dishwasher problem. Mine is doing the same thing.

Hi, I could also do with an answer to this. Mine started doing it over the weekend. The "End" light is on, but the pump is constantly draining water from the machine, even when the door is open.
