How do I fix my Westighhose Virtuoso side by side fridge/freezer?

Most of the time runs perfectly - however, once every few weeks stops and won't restart. If I swith it off and on it generally restarts.

contact cleaner on switch with power off to unit {unplug referig.} let dry completely before restarting. should b ok. door switches get crud spilled on them and get sticky.
