Repair a Diplomat Oven - ADP 3101/3 - B11?

My Diplomat Oven - ADP 3101/3 - B11 no longer heats the oven to the required temperature. The grill and fan still work and the oven works but it only heats to approx 50 deg and does not get any hotter? Is there a thermostat which can be replaced? There is no manuals with the oven so if anyone could advise were i could find that would be helpfull also?

Probably the back heating element gone, easy to replace - just undo two screws on bottom back plate and slide plate to left to remove it and expose fan and rear heating element. Then two star screws to undo on heating element to remove it..... costs apprx £25 part number 14-HY-236 2kwatt.
