this would take a while.. make sure your system is able to hold XP and run it well before you do this.. I have seen to many do this and fail due to the computer not having a large enough HD or ram or slow CPU.Get the Cd and it will walk you through it ..
make sure you have all your wanted stuff off of it though .. and if possible format the HD 1st rather than installing over the ME -
