I have a Vaillant t3WF combi boiler, which has zero pressure?

The pilot light is on but when i slowly turn the tap on the filling loop (the only other tap is a red one, which cannot be moved) the pressure bar guage remains at zero.

Should the sysytem 'refill' in a short period of time or over a prolonged period? Nothing appears to make a difference to the pressure guage.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

The system should refill in a very short period of time. You might try disconnecting the filling loop and making sure that water's coming through when you turn the valve on - sometimes those valves fail so you might just need a new filling loop. If that doesn't work, then sorry, I don't know enough to be able to give any more advice.
