How can I stop my front o/s brake locking on?

I have an R reg Ford Escort Chicane, 2 door model, 1.6 L Zetec. The cars front o/s brake started giving me problems by locking onto the disc so I changed all the front brake parts on both sides (Discs, Calipers, Pads) the brakes were bled but the problem was still there so I bought a salvaged master cylinder and changed that. Tried the car out and if anything the problem was worse, the disc was actually glowing red hot! I have another problem but let's try and solve one at a time. Please help, thanks

with fault on(ie with wheel locked) if you loosen bleed nipple when you slacken nipple on o/s does it release brake? 1- if it does then it could be hose faulty or master cyl building up pressure ,it could do so if cylinder piston dosn't return fully [check cross linkage under bonnet to make sure it is not siezed anywhere ]2-if it dosent then fault will possibly be on calliper, make sure piston is free, also check where calliper slides on pad pin that it is free [there is an insert in calliper where pad pin slides]remove it,clean behind it ,then refit it.
