renault megane rear washer jet?

does anyone know how to get at the rear washer jet on a renault megane RT 98. as mine is dead all i can see is two clips and two bolts i think the bolts hold the boot on so is it the clips or is there more??

i have tried the pin and it does not work the whole thing is dead so it needs to come out and a new one in

I would try the old trick of clearing the nozzle with a pin first.
