losing pressure?

hi i have a worcester 9.24 electronic combi and its losing pressure water is coming out of outlet pipe on the out side wall my brother said its somthing to do with the anti pressure valve can anyone give me some advice or a rough idea how much this will cost . thanks shirl

hi as soon as you top up the pressure it goes straight back down again the water comes out of the out side pipe. thanks
