Is a Toro 521 snow blower a 2 cycle or 4 cycle engine????? Mine is Model 38052, SN # 8002871. I need to know so I can go get some fuel... I am up to my knees in snow at the moment here in South Bend. Thanks
This is definitely a 4 cycle and uses straight gas!

I have an old 521 Snowblower that did not work too good. It is definitely a 4 cycle engine. My neighbor said to put high octane gas in it. I paid the extra bucks and it runs a lot better. Just a suggestion.

It's a 4 cycle engine. Don't put 2-cycle mix in it - you'll smoke like crazy and mess up the engine.
