ignition problem?

Hi , I owed a 1996 plymouth voyager and i'm having a intermittent starting problem. Does not matter it the motor is cold or hot. I turn the key and nothing, it's dead. I try maybe 10 min. later and it's start . I change the ignition switch , ignition lock, neutral safety switch, starter, new ground, new cables ends, all relays, new battery . Sometimes when i'm driving the van just stop, no warning it just died. I start the van by crossing the starter and it work, but the last time i try to do that , no luck.can u help. thanks paul
