Parts Listing for sportcraft Tx4.9 Treadmill, Model #04041?

I recieved a Tx4.9 sportcraft treadmill for Christmas, but unfortunately it came without the safety key or a manual. I can't even start it up. We are a low income family and my doctor recommended that I get a treadmill to improve the function of my heart. I know that this was either a display or something, for it is dusty but does not look used, but did not have the items I'm looking for with it. I'm just happy for the gift, if I can just figure out how to run it.

When I put the key it makes a clicking sound from the box but it will not start . Light comes on and the wheel turns so could it be the Motor ?

the safety key is a magnet. Use any other magnet that fits in the circle where the key would go and it should start.

my 4.9 will start fine, but when i step on, it will slow down to a crawl. if i increase speed it has no effect.
