how to fix piaggio indicators?

the indicator on my 2002 piaggio nrg mc3 do not work, fitted new switch still not working,very good ground/earth,plus power comming from other side of switch please someone help me.

test your flasher unit should hear the contacts open and shut this causes the bulbs to FLASH .
