Hi Heather, with the door panel off, look in the top righthand corner you should see a triangular panel, to remove it there is one screw on the edge of the door above the catch and another at the bottom of the door frame (large phillips) the panel is part of the window glass channel (keep window up) you will have to cut the sealant arround the panel, you can then giggle the panel out, you can then get at the lock/catch assembly you might be lucky and a good dose of WD40 might cure it but most lickely you will need a new catch assembly as the pivot pin wears and stops the handle from releasing the catch.
