Move the hour hand back an hour. then try it again. if it counts the hour correctly then u done it! then push the hour hand back to the hand shaft.

Should be fairly easy it depends on the striking method the 2 most common are countwheel (usually used on 30 hour clockwork eg clock needs winding each day by pulling a rope or chain) or rack striking (usually used on 8 day or longer duration clocks and is wound with a key) the former is a question of leting off the strike untill the time and strike coincide contact me if you need more help
