Faulty fridge/freezer Zanussi ZX57/3W?

My fridge and freezer is over freezing in both the fridge section
and the freezer section. I have replaced the main thermostat
which was faulty and it is running but freezing too much in the
freezer section and in the fridge section. I am going to replace
two semi conductor type stats one at 10degrees and one at
40degrees which is behind the panel in the freezer compartment. Do you think this will do the trick?
Most other items check out alright.

archie forget about evapourator and air sensor got wrong model in mind.has your freezer evapourator got a heater that clips into it?.if so a new upgraded defrost heater is now being fitted to stop ice build up.also check drain spout at back where defrost water runs onto compressor.if this is not sealing causes ice to build up on evaporator.when you fitted new stat did you fit thermostat phile into air flow properly (slidder in fridge compartment).
