one day i was riding to school on my ped and pulled up wen i got there and without turning the ignition off it just boged out and died i tried stating it after a long push home and it wouldnt start i then after about ten fithteen minutes tride again to kick it over and the kickstart wouldnt even moove so i tried using the electrick start and that just makes i quiet tick noise then nothing wierd ah
same happened to my daughters and we thought the engine had seized. it turned out that the drive belt had snapped and wrapped around everything preventing the engine to turn with electric or kick start as the kick start wouldnt even move. a new belt is about £20. let me know how you get on.

Take off the cover on the end of the engine that will expose the flywheel - its the one that the cooling air goes through, if its an air cooled bike. If you can turn the flywheel by hand, then the engine isn't seized.
