how do i replace bearings in rear end of my jeep

Do you mean the rear wheel bearings or the diff bearings?
To replace the wheel bearings you have to take the back cover off the diff then take the circlips off of the half shafts inside the crown wheel carrier then you need a press th get the bearings off of the half shafts
