You seem to have a lot of queries on the fault al10 my machine is 3yrs old and therefore out of warranty. I have had this problem since last august and and have had someone out to see it several times. I would give up on it but I have tried it on a different setting and it has worked occasionally. I have not been thrilled with it from the start as the loading area is not as good as the previous model and it has never washed as clean either. I did not know you could be contacted through the computer as I have only begun to use one. You don't say exactly what the problem is? Can you be more specific as to the problem you are having as you might get a much better answer.
