can some one help me i have a dco7 and it keeps cutting out on me i have cleaned all the filters and all the pipes and it still cuts out on me PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP ME THANKS

Try running the DC07 without the Cyclone fitted. If it still cuts out then the thermal switch is cutting power to the motor, solution replace motor. However if the motor keeps running then its the Cyclone thats causing the fault. Replace Cyclone. Note : it would appear that there has always been a problem with the cyclone. I would never buy a Dyson again !!

I have the same problem; I have come o the conclusion that the problem must be with the motor.
