My dipped headlights are on but are not bright enough and do not throw enough or any light out when driving - however other cars are still able to see me. I have changed the bulbs and replaced them with new super powered bulbs from Halfords, I have also had the fuses checked and they are all fine. Any suggestions as to what is wrong.
