Kenmore 80 dryer?

Kenmore 80 dryer still heats up, there is no noise but the drum does not turn. Any ideas about how to fix it? I think the belt might be the problem. Can use all the help I can get. I do not have the manual.

Unplug power supply. Using something like a putty knife, remove lower front panel by releasing the 2 locking clips 4" from each edge. Using a flashlight, look behind the vent covers about 15" back to see whether belt is broken. It is approximately 1/2" wide and 1/8" thick. It runs around the drum and over the pulley on the motor. There is a tension pulley that keeps it tight. If it's broken you'll have to take the door front off the dryer after removing the top to get to the drum. If you're handy I can give you further instructions to do this.
