To get to the pump you have to take the lid off, it slides backwards, then the left side panel, looking from the front, and then push in 2 clips on the inside of the back panel. You'll see the clips once you have the covers off.

I needed to do this today as water is not getting to the top tank. Looks like the pump has packed in so chances are I'll through the thing away. I had complaints from my neighbours about the noise it makes. Wouldn't mind but they live 3 miles away !!!

We had exactly the same problem and thanks to the replies on here after 20 mins of cleaning fluff from the ridiculously small "hole" we are now back to a perfectly working machine.

You might find that the small channel at the back of the condenser is blocked with lint, preventing the water from reaching the pump. Remove the condenser, take off the pump unit at back, it just snaps off. fill the pump reservoir and tilt the machine forward to verify if the channel is blocked, the water wont run out if it is, if needed just unblock the channel and swill it out. If it isn't blocked then it might be your pump is not working or blocked.

I managed to get mine fixed. I removed and checked the pump and it was ok. I removed the condenser and found that the channel between the condenser and the pump container was blocked by a loose screw, which had collected fluff, lint etc. You cannot actually see this - I had to put my hand into the space where the condenser sits, and at the back, out of sight is the channel, which is very small. When I cleaned that out water then filled up the pump container.

I have the same problem - water doesn't reach the tank at the top - just leaks out of the condenser onto the floor. At the bottom right hand corner looking from the rear is a wee grey box into which two pipes go. I think that is a pump which moves the water up to the holding tank. You need to check that it is not blocked with fluff, a button or something like that and that the pipes are not blocked. I assume that the pump can be replaced if it fails - I am still trying to get mine off !
