I have an error code e007-01 on my gp 215 photocopier.I've checked the fuser-everything looks in place.I've rotated the gears and they are moving freely. How do I get into the service diagnostic to reset and clear the code?

At Operating temp the car misses when pulling off at low revs (at full throttle it generally clears)
If I disconnect the Senor on the front of the air box or the throttle position sensor the miss firing stops. This indicates there is no problem with the coil or spark side of things.

If I disconnect these sensors does this instigate a base setting with the ECU that overcomes whatever the problem is or is the sensor I have disconnected likely to be the fault ?

The GP125 is now quite an old machine. E007 means that an error has occurred with the fixing unit. This is the hot bit the paper goes through just before it comes out of the machine. It consists of a lower roller and above that a thin loop film of thermal plastic with a ceramic heater inside it. It is almost certain that this film has become dissplaced or damaged. E007 means that this film is not rotating correctly. It will need a new fixing unit.
