To access the rear screen washer pipe I will need to remove tailgate panel. How do I do that? I can feel a solid pipe inside the flexi pipe that enters the rear facia panel but it only extends about half way up the flexi pipe. I presume it has come off the jet. The water is running down the side of the boot lid from thisd flexi pipe. Can I just pull it further out or is there a join inside the facia panel running to the jet/nozzle. I do not want to pull it off from somewhere I cannot gain access to along the side of the car.

If no screws are visible, the plastic panel 'pops' off, using a broad blade screwdriver or similar. Carefully does it though - alls brittle in this weather. Chances are the pipe has split where it hinges through the roof. Halfords do connectors for this.
