I have recently replaced the drive belt in my Hotpoint 93580 Super De Luxe Dryer (using instructions found on your web site). The machine seems to be working okay, but the drum is now getting red hot - far more than it should. There must be something not quite right, so can anybody throw any light on this problem?

it sounds like you haven't got a very good air flow through the drum
