sorry abt that try the following it might be helpful.
if its winxp
at the logon screen press ctrl alt del then use administrator as username and leave the password blank then press enter.
if that fails then u need a
Hirens boot cd it has all winxp,win2k unlock applications, you can download it from www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd .
if you download it successfully am very sure this wont be a problem any more.
