how can i fix the front lights on my corsa 1.1?

the front lights have gone off. the main beams and side lights still work but the normal lights dont work. how can i fix them?

This could be one of two faults....either the steering column switch has broken, or the electrical relay that drives the dipped beams has packed in - assuming that you've checked the fuses, of course.
